O = ONE & WHOLE (Represented by a ½ sided Cookie or Yin & Yang for Entire World, Whole Completeness & Healthy Balance. My daughter always likes the vanilla half and breaks it to leave me the opposite side which I like more. Ever since we are children, eating a cookie somehow calms our nerves & makes us feel better. Together like like Yin & Yang, or like Light & Dark, we become whole. Like the Whole Cookie, my daughter (Yin) and I (Yang) Complete Each Other.)
U = YOU (Represented by a Butterfly. In life we go through various changes and transformations, like the butterfly out of the cocoon effect. The presentation here is of a Mother releasing her Child to roam on his/her own in the free world. You need to allow yourself to release your hidden inhibitions & leave behind your “shells” & insecurities, and this same way, allow the Rebirth for self-transformation & self-confidence to take effect.
